Book Dental Appointment

Please use the form below to send us an appointment request for our Northern Dental Care trips. We accept bookings up until the cut off dates as listed below.

A non-refundable deposit on $100+hst per horse is required for all bookings.

A call out fee of $75+hst will be added for all locations where we serve less than 5 horses.

• We do not accept bookings past the cut off date. If you missed us, please book again when we are back in 6 months.

• Please ensure you put a STREET ADDRESS for your barn and not just a barn name.
• If your deposit did not go through we did not receive your booking.   

Dental Trip Schedule Spring 2025:

April 10th - 13th - Sault Ste Marie, including Espanola, Massey, Blind River, Thessalon, Bruce Mines, St Josephs, Desbarats, Echo Bay, Prince Township and Goulais River. Cut off for bookings is April 4th, schedules will be emailed on April 6th.

April 24th - 27th - Sudbury & Manitoulin Island, including Port Loring, Noelville, St Charles, Markstay, Capreol, Onaping Falls, Whitefish and Espanola. Cut off for bookings is April 18th, schedules will be emailed on April 20th.

May 8th - 11th -Sturgeon, New Liskeard, Timmins & Kapuskasing, including Verner, Warren, Marten River, Temagami, Temiskaming Shores, Englehart, Kenogami Lake, Matheson, Cochrane, Smooth Rock Falls and Fauquier. Cut off for bookings is May 2nd, schedules will be emailed on May 4th.

May 22nd - May 25th - North Bay, including, Port Loring, Huntsville, Burks Falls, Magnetawan, Sundridge, Powassan, Callander and Mattawa. Cut off for bookings is May 16th, schedules will be emailed on May 18th.

Fall trip dates will be posted by the end of June 2025.
